Please read our terms and conditions.

We may require a signature on delivery, attempts will be made to redeliver or co-ordinate collection from a local point but in the case of an undelivered item being returned to us. At your request, we will despatch the same actual items (returned as not delivered) but the redelivery and packaging costs must be paid by you.

Special order items cannot be returned for a refund or replaced unless faulty.

Baby toys are suitable for babies over 6 months of age.

Baby fancy dress costumes are tailored to fit children aged over 18 months, please read the item description.

Most toys are only suitable for only children aged over 3 years of age due to small parts which may pose a choking hazard. These toys are CE certificated, the packaging must be retained in case of a future enquiry. The company whose contact details are printed near the CE symbol should be contacted, if you have a safety concern with your toy.

Some gifts which are designed for adults are not required to be CE certificated and should not be used or given to children. Gifts that can be given to older children will state that they are “Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts.” If this is not stated in the description or on the packaging, keep these items out of the reach of infants.

Please report any shortages or breakages within 24 hours of receipt, we will ask you to return them for a replacement. Goods that have been damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded.

Goods that have been ordered or are not suitable or required, may, at the discretion of the sales manager be replaced for an item of the same value. Goods will only be accepted back if they are unopened, do not smell of smoke or other odours and are in a saleable condition.

Please contact us if you feel that a product does not match our description when we receive it.

Some items will be delivered direct from our supplier and this will be stated in the item description.

In the event of a query on an order from the Outdoor Activity Toys section, please contact the supplier.

The item descriptions are to the best of our knowledge accurate but errors and omissions excepted.

We will inform you if any items are out of stock that you have ordered and advise you of the delivery time before proceeding.

We may keep your name and address on file for future reference but never pass this information onto third parties. Please let us know if this is not acceptable but please note that this course of action may cause a delay if there is a future query.

We will endeavour to turn your order around as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days for delivery.

With regards to the Outdoor Activity Toys. Splits and cracks will occur in timber naturally as it expands and changes. These can appear large and alarming. This is because timber is a natural product and is a living material. These cracks do not effect the durability of your play centre. Our supplier states that this will not be accepted as a reason for returning your play centre or requesting replacement parts.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
